In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Brandie Holliday, age 44 of Hokes Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and 3rd degree burglary.

Joshua Lott, age 45 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Culver, age 42 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of resisting arrest.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
