In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Ethel Jeter, age 64 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Rachel Utter, age 49 of Knoxville, Tennessee, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of 1st degree financial exploitation of the elderly.

Jason Adams, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 1st degree making a terrorist threat.

James Robinson, age 29 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the willful abuse of a child under the age of 18.

Wendy Ball, age 53 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 4th degree theft of property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
