Centre City Council Approves EMT Training for 3 Firefighters

48 Hours of  EMT Training

During the Centre City Council meeting Tuesday afternoon, Fire Marshall, Robert Pace, asked the Council to consider EMT Training for 3 firemen. He told the Council, the most of their calls are auto accidents and their personnel could better serve the community with this training. The Course consists of 48 hours for each firefighter.

The Council also approved the minutes from the previous meeting and the bills for payment.

Mayor Mansfield thanked the Park and Rec Department employees for getting the Aquatic Center open on Memorial Day for the 2025 swimming season.

The next City Council meeting is scheduled for June 10th at 5 PM.
