Walmart has suffered some recalls as of late there have been four recalls of food products since March 2025, according to official releases from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Many products across the nation have been impacted, and customers are advised to check the list of recalled products before consumption.
According to an FDA Press Release, one product that was recalled was the 15-ounce can of Yellowstone Brown Sugar Molasses Baked Beans due to the presence of undeclared soy, which could cause an allergic reaction. The Vietti Food Group of Nashville recalled 4,515 cases on May 2. There has been on report of incidents or injuries from this product as of yet.
Another Press release from the FDA issued on March 26 was for a recall from Frito-Lay. The recall was issued do to the potential presence of nacho cheese tortilla chips in some of the bags. The product may contain undeclared milk, and individuals who are allergic may suffer from adverse reactions. The products in question are the 13-ounce bags with the UPC Code 28400 52848, which have a guaranteed fresh date of May 20. Anyone who has one of these bags can return it for a full refund.
According to The Mirror in the month of April, the company Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc. issued a recall for over 1500 cases of celery sticks due to potential Listeria contamination. The celery that was affected by the recall has a UPC code of 6 81131 16151 0 and contains 4 sticks.
In March of 2025, according to an FDA Press release, Nestlé USA initiated a voluntary recall of a limited quantity of Lean Cuisine® and STOUFFER’S® frozen meals due to the potential presence of wood-like material. The Products that have been recalled were produced from September 2024 and March 2025 and are listed as follows: Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli, Lean Cuisine Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry, Lean Cuisine Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, and Stouffer’s Party Size Chicken Lasagna, as per the press release.
