Gunner Patton, age 32 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of probation revocation, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, as well as for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and probation revocation.
Phillip Mulkey, age 30 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Kandi Sanford, age 42 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lori Mitchell, age 34 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of driving while suspended, operating a vehicle without insurance, no plainly visible tag, and driving under the influence.
Morgen Zuber, age 29 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. As of Monday, May 19, there were a total of 107 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
