In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Michael Green, age 47 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Tommy Surrett, age 54 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and for failure to appear on a previous charge of probation revocation.
Jeffrey Fisk, age 43 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of opium or derivative, possession of amphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a synthetic narcotic, possession of dangerous drugs-marijuana wax, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-2nd offense.
Karen Smith, age 43 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of amphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of opium or derivative, possession of a synthetic narcotic, possession of dangerous drugs-marijuana wax, and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
Tracy Maxwell, age 58 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree criminal trespass, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Couch, age 53 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st degree criminal trespass, menacing, and 3rd degree criminal mischief.
John Graham, age 60 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of harassment.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 108 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
