In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Tony Wilkerson, age 49 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Heather Dawson, age 34 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of driving while revoked.
Dallas Rogers, age 34 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of drug trafficking methamphetamine, drug trafficking fentanyl, four counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
James Spivey, age 34 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on hold for another agency.
Jade Pruitt, age 22 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of drug trafficking fentanyl, six counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, two counts of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, drug trafficking methamphetamine, and promoting prison contraband.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
