In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Samantha Hudgins, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft of property.
Dale Doss, age 54 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
