Mrs. Tammy Deberry Smith, age 62 of Leesburg, passed away Thursday, April 10th, 2025 at Marshall Medical Center South in Boaz, AL.
A graveside committal service will be held at 5 PM on Sunday, April 27th at Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends following the burial.
Survivors include her son, Jeremy (Tammy) Berryhill; Grandchildren, Kensley, Kaylee, Destiny, Cason; Chosen grandchildren, Eli and Karleigh; Brother, Jason Deberry; Sister, Deanna Deberry; Brother-in-law, Todd Hale; Niece, Malinda Deberry; Nephew, Chris Deberry; Best friend, Amanda Tidwell.
She was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Berryhill.
Ms. Smith was born in Centre, AL to the late Gerthan and Lucille (Dempsey) Deberry. She was a loving mother and grandmother to her 2 sons and 6 grandchildren.
