In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jake Skuse, age 36 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of two counts of driving while suspended.

Owen Wester, age 19 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence.

Holly Beaver, age 28 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the chemical endangerment of a child, two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Antonia Hackett, age 47 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on previous charges of 3rd degree burglary and 1st degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Cameron Smith, age 19 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of domestic violence-harassment.

Kerry Henderson, age 36 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of menacing assault.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
