Congratulations to the GCHS Scholars Bowl Team for winning the 6A in the State Championship this past Friday.

Representing GCHS were: Wren Gaines, Corbin Ho, Chris Holder, Alvinh Nguyen, Andrew Nguyen and Latika Prasadh.

Chris Holder was 3rd place all tournament.

This is the Scholars Bowl Team’s 4th State Championship and they are now back to back champions, having won in 2024.

“They are the Class 6A STATE CHAMPIONS!!! Friday they went undefeated and won an average of 520-175. Colonel Davenport just wanted to say a special thank you to all of you who have supported and helped to facilitate this success. We have great students that win the matches, but we are blessed to have a great team that supports them. We could not be successful without all of you. We are very proud to represent our school, district, city and state.”
