Misty Mackey, age 38 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree assault, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and destruction of property.
Judith Alford, age 60 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of revoked bond.
Donna Edwards, age 57 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence-harassment.
Jeremy Sisson, age 48 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.
Joshua Helms, age 44 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge of 3rd degree theft of property.
Alexis Dollar, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond.
William Rogers, age 72 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of simple assault.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 114 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
