In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Draylon Hankerson, age 25 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on hold for another agency.

Alisha Tidwell, age 37 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of 2nd degree promoting prison contraband, 3rd degree burglary, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Xzavire Hood, age 26 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the possession or receipt of a controlled substance and firearm possession-sale.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 111 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
