In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Lacy Timmons, age 41 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the chemical endangerment of a child, two count of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 3rd degree domestic violence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
