David Rodriguez, 34 of Gadsden, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of Failure to appear in court on previous charges and receiving stolen property 1st degree.

James Harris, 56 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on drug charges of 3 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jimmy Haggermaker, 54 of Piedmont, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on Charges of Criminal mischief 3rd degree and theft of property 4th degree.

Matthew Bernard, 40 of Oneonta, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of failure to appear in court on previous charges.

Caleb Pendleton, 28 of Centre, arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on Charges of failure to appear in court on previous charges.

Willie Epps, 44 of Gaylesville, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of 3 counts of revoked bond.

Jeremy Brown, 44 of Fort Payne, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on drug charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2 counts of failure to appear in court on previous charges.

Jennifer Runnells, age 41 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a charge of reckless endangerment.
