New Sign Dedicated for Gadsden Airport Industrial Park

Gadsden- A dedication was held on Tuesday for a new sign marking the entrance to the Gadsden Airport Industrial Park.

The brick sign, which now marks the entrance to the Industrial Park was built by City Employee Jim Henderson who was presented with a Mayors Commendation by Gadsden Mayor Craig Ford.

Ford spoke at the event, which included members of the Gadsden City Government, Etowah County Commission, and Airport Authority. Those in attendance also heard from the airport manager Anthony Tarver.

Ford Spoke of the “little things” like this that make the city a nicer place, and how things like this are a part of ideas to make the city better.
