Carolyn Sue Lewis, age 81 of Centre passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025 at her residence.
She is survived by her daughters, Patty Vise (Jeff) and Cathy Crawford (Randy); sister, Mary Griffin; brother, Eddie Anders (Sherry); grandchildren, Travis Thomason (Torri), Cody Black, Zackary Vise (Taylor) and Brenna Vise; great grandchildren, Trent Thomason, Tyson Lee Thomason and Wyatt Vise.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Patrick James Lewis and her brothers, Ronnie Anders and Bill Anders.
Ms. Lewis was a native of Hamilton, Ohio and the daughter of the late Velmer and Eula Anders. She was of the Baptist faith.
A memorial service will be held from 2:00PM until 4:00PM Sunday, March 30, 2025 at her residence.
