In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Danny Reynolds, age 56 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge of driving under the influence.

Dayle Cable, age 21 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree assault.

Jason Phillips, age 51 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, as well as for failure to appear on a previous charge of 3rd degree burglary.

Tammy Lazo, age 50 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
