GERALDINE – Gavin Lang tossed a no-hitter through 6 2/3 innings. He walked four and struck out 15 batters. Zach Clanton worked 1/3 of an inning and finished with a strikeout to lead the Collinsville Panthers past Geraldine 8-4 on Tuesday.

All four of Geraldine’s runs were unearned.

Lang also tripled, doubled and drove in three runs at the plate. Sylas Adams went 3-for-4 with a run. Jake Middlebrooks was 2-for-3 with home run, a walk and three RBIs. Justin Pruitt and Jeremiah Killian were also 2-for-3. Pruitt had a walk and a RBI..

Coleton Pettus posted a double and a RBI. Mason McAteer managed a hit, a walk and two runs. Jameson Coker had a hit and scored a run. Kyler Beene scored three runs.

Collinsville (8-4) hosts Geraldine on Wednesday.
