Cherokee County Arrest Files for Wednesday, February 26

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Christopher Alford, age 53 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of 3rd degree burglary, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Martha Coleman, age 71 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Pamela Turner, age 56 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence.

Tonya Regalado, age 52 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and for failure to appear on previous charges of four counts of 2nd degree possession of a forged instrument, five counts of 2nd degree forgery, three counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, two counts of 1st degree identity theft, two counts of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice false ID.

Joshua Jackson, age 37 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of three counts of dissemination of child sexual abuse material.

Tina McCullough, age 46 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 116 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
