Arrests:

David Hartline, 44 of Rome, Ga., arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department, on charges of criminal littering, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to distribute, tampering with evidence, and failure to appear in court on a previous charge.

Thais Green, 39 of Gadsden, arrested by teh Cherokee County Sheriff Department, on charges of 4 counts of failure to appear in court on previous drug charges.

River Borders, 30 of Southside, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on a court order.

Mary Ann Studdard, 51 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of arson 2nd degree and insurance fraud 1st degree.

Brandon Coffman, 29 of Cedartown, Ga., arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Early Today 122 inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
