In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Elivs Bishop, age 46 of Hokes Bluff, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous speeding charge.

Austin Frasier, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested for failure to appear on a previous charge of reckless endangerment.

Christopher Gibbs, age 33 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation and for failure to appear on a previous charge of probation revocation.

Kobie Bray, age 22 of Centre, was arrested by AL Pardon & Parole on charges of domestic simple assault family, domestic reckless endangerment, and probation violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 126 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
