Brent Swindle, age 35 of Gardendale, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, and attempting to elude.
Ronald Atkins, age 44 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Clifford Sanders, age 61 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jackie Stancil, age 40 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on a charge of abuse of a child, torture.
Joshua Hardin, age 39 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dillion Ocain, age 33 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on previous charges of attempting to elude and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Terry Huggins, age 35 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Sanders, age 44 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Michael Caswick, age 25 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 128 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
