In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Aaron Greene, age 33 of Summerville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3^rd degree domestic violence.

Kayla Cunningham, age 51 of Madison, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 2^nd degree bail jumping. 

Chelsee McMurtrey, age 28 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Nicholson, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Culver, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Beene, age 47 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 3^rd degree criminal trespass.

William Brown, age 49 of Rockmart, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3^rd degree burglary and 1^st degree theft of property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 124 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
