In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Victoria Richardson, age 54 of Toledo, Ohio, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous traffic violation.

Damien Harper, age 25 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Dylan Edwards, age 31 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on a court order.

William Morrow, age 34 of Ragland, arrested by the Cherokee Police Department (of Cherokee, Alabama) for court.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 114 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
