Mrs. Sharon Dianne Rice, age 64 of Cedar Bluff, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Redmond Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held 1:00PM Saturday, January 25, 2025 in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Derek Roberts and Bro. Mark Cosby officiating, burial will follow in Unity Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Ms. Rice is survived by her husband, Garry Rice; sons, Barry Rice (Teri Hicks) and Bradley Scott Rice; sisters, Chris Smith (Mark Williams) of Salem, AL, Wendie Cook of Salem, AL, Sandra Turner (Darrell) of Salem, AL and Judy Fox (Gary) of Columbus, GA; brother-in0law, Sammy Lamar; numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will include Bradley Scott Rice, Jeff Grace, Sammy Lamar, Torey McDaniel, Johnny Amison, Ghee Wilson, Chad Anthony and Jason Posey.
Honorary Pallbearers will include Dale Holcomb, Chad Young, Ricky Mize, Skyler Pruitt, Bob King and The Moore Family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Betty Pate; aunt, Edna Langston; father and mother-in-law, Johnny and Barbara Lamar.
