In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Shawn Stamps, age 47 of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree stalking.
Jody Nails, age 47 of Cave Spring, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department, for failure to appear on two previous unnamed charges.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 119 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
