In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jessie Bevels, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

James Crane, age 57 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on a charge of criminal trespass.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 120 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
