Rodney Mathis, 35 of Lindale, Ga., arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of 2 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice by giving a false ID.

Steven Sutton, 29 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of 3 counts of failure to appear in court on previous charges and probation violation.

Tonya Seale, 50 of Collinsville, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of 4 counts of failure to appear in court on previous charges and 2 counts of probation revocation.

Jeremy Hutt, 32 of Gadsden, arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Domestic Violence\Harassment.

Early today there were 115 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
