Kobe Starr, 24 of Centre, arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of Public Intoxication.
Jimmy Rinehart, 34 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of Harassment.
Early Today 118 Inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
