In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Logan Hunter, age 21 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession drug paraphernalia and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
Alex Potts, age 44 of Ranburne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of probation violation.
Gerry Parker, age 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of probation violation.
Willie Epps, age 44 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of three counts of bond revocation.
Ben Morris, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 122 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
