In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Joshua Pogue, age 32 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
Billy Epps, age 63 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by an unlisted agency on unlisted charges.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 121 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
