In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Lasheed Hall, age 30 of Cartersville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (second offense), 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Randall Clifton, age 39 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
Nickey Jenkins, age 49 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of bondsman off bond, failure to appear on a previous charge of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear on a previous charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and a revoked bond.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 120 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
