SPRING GARDEN – Five Spring Garden basketball players scored in double figures Thursday in the Panthers’ 76-43 victory over Faith Christian.
John and Jake Welsh netted 17 and 16 points respectively for the Panthers (14-0). Jaylen Brown tossed in 14 points. Noah Barber and Connor Bates both finished with 12 points.
Colton Reese led the Lions with 13 points. Parker Robinson and Ethan Taft both finished with 10 points.
Spring Garden built a 24-13 edge at the end of the first quarter and held a 38-17 advantage at halftime. The Panthers led 60-32 at the end of three quarters.
Spring Garden travels to Sand Rock on Friday.
