Toby Hulsey, age 46 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 121 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
