Cherokee County Arrest Files for Tuesday, December 18th, 2024

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

April Frier, age 40 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of probation revocation.

Brandon Graham, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of obstruction of justice, providing a false identification.

John Haney, age 52 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 2nd degree bail jumping.

William Towells, age 23 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of obstruction of justice, providing a false identification.

Teia Beach, age 37 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of non support.

Cory Culver, age 33 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of driving under the influence, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest.

Jeremiah Southerland, age 51 of Crossville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

James Wainwright, age 58 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department, for failure to appear on a previous charge of 4th degree theft of property.

Phillip Morgan, age 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charges of driving while license revoked and switched tag.

Amy Jarrell-Webb, age 43 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Rowena Ventura, age 59 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 125 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
