Mr. Forrest Bradley Weaver, age 63 of Centre, passed away Monday, December 16th at Atrium Floyd Rome.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm Friday, December 20, at the Chapel of Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home. The family will be receiving friends Friday from 11am until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Honorary Pallbearers include Steve Gresham, Tommy McDaniel, Ronnie Morris, and Bob Epperson.
Mr. Weaver is survived by his wife, Peggy Weaver; sons, Nathan (Michelle) Weaver and Brad (Hannah) Weaver; Sisters, Margie Hutcheson, Jean (RP) Garrison, Sherry (Don) Stinson; Brothers: James “Jimbo” (Lisa) Weaver, Mannie Paul Weaver; Brother-in-law, Wayne Lindsey; Grandchildren, Kristen (Garrett) Johnson, Bryson Weaver, Eva Weaver, and Ruby Deaton; Great Grand-daughter, Blakely Johnson; special niece and caregiver, Darla Weaver; Numerous Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Forrest was a native of Cherokee County and a graduate of Cherokee County High School. He was an avid Dale Earnhardt fan as well as a fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. Mr. Weaver enjoyed fishing as well as being an avid dirt track driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Eva Weaver, brother Gary Don Weaver, Sister, Pat Lindsey and brother-in-law Fred Hutcheson.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to cover funeral expenses.
