In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Dusty Davis, age 35 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Christina Johnson, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas Pannell, age 25 of Gaylesville, was arrested by an unlisted agency on an unlisted charge.

Timothy Waits, age 20 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 118 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
