HIGDON – The Collinsville Panthers dropped a 58-38 basketball decision to Section in a tournament at North Sand Mountain on Saturday.

Sylas Adams led the Panthers with 11 points, including three treys. Jake Middlebrooks tossed in 10 points. Gavin Lang connected on three 3-pointers and had nine points. Dawson Cothran finished with six points.

Jackson LeRoy led the Lions with 20 points including four treys. Kyler Stewart contributed 15 points. Aiden Thomas delivered 11 points, including a pair of 3-pointers. Jackson Cooper finished with five points.

Section built a 13-2 first quarter advantage and held a 31-13 lead at halftime. Section led 47-30 after three quarters.
