SYLVANIA – Jake Middlebrooks tossed in 30 points to lead the Collinsville Panthers past Sylvania 81-70 in boys basketball action on Friday evening.

Gavin Lang sank five 3-pointers and had 17 points for the Panthers. Zach Clanton connected on a pair of treys and had nine points. Sylas Adams and Sam Stewart both finished with eight points.

Aiden Parham led the Rams with 25 points, including three 3-pointers. Jake Turner and Finn Turner tallied 14 and 13 points respectively. Bennett Hawes finished with nine points.

Collinsville claimed a 28-11 first-quarter lead and held a 44-38 advantage at halftime. The Panthers led 62-52 after three quarters.

Collinsville plays at Section on Saturday.
