During the Monday afternoon Leesburg Town Council meeting, Mayor Brandy Pierce addressed the Council about the two sealed bids for the Fire Department compressed air station.
Mayor Pierce opened both bids and the Council unanimously accepted the bid from Sunbelt Fire Company for $40,779.52
The Council spoke at length about Christmas in the Park which will be Saturday, December 7, from 2:00-6:00 p.m.
The next Leesburg Town Council meeting is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 6.
