SAND ROCK – Will Cleere collected 16 points and grabbed three rebounds to lead the Sand Rock Wildcats to a 57-27 basketball win over Ragland on Monday.
Ty Traffanstedt tallied 12 points, three steals, two rebounds and an assist for the Wildcats (3-2). Jonas Browder contributed seven points, five assist, four rebounds and a steal. Thomas Snead and Wyatt Miller both finished with five points. Snead also had four steals and two assists. Miller grabbed six rebounds.
Sand Rock jumped out to a 23-8 first quarter advantage and led 42-16 at halftime. The Wildcats built a 54-18 lead after three quarters.
