In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Shenetha Stubbs, age 44 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a hold for another agency.

Joshua Robison, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 121 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
