2024 Christmas Parade/Event Calendar

Altoona – Annual Altoona Christmas Parade – Friday, Dec. 6, beginning at 7 p.m.

Attalla – Downtown Attalla Christmas Parade & Christmas Tree Lighting – Thursday, Dec. 5; the parade will be immediately  following the 5:30 p.m. Christmas Tree Lighting.

Cedar Bluff – Park Lighting – 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9, complete with a photos with Santa and free hot chocolate at the Cedar Bluff Town Park, 3420 Spring Street.

Cave Spring, Georgia – Christmas Parade – Saturday, Dec. 14, starting at 6 p.m. Eastern.

Cedartown, Georgia – Christmas Parade – Thursday, Dec. 5, beginning at 6 p.m. Eastern.

Centre – City of Centre Christmas Parade – Thursday, Dec. 5; line-up will take place at 5 p.m. with the parade rolling at 6 p.m. on Main Street (from the Judicial Building to Centre Elementary School).

Collinsville – Collinsville Christmas Parade – Saturday, Dec. 14, starting at 6 p.m.

Fort Payne – 39th Annual Christmas in the Park & Fort Payne Christmas Parade – Christmas in the Park set for 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, followed by the parade at 6 p.m. on South Gault Avenue.

Gadsden – Christmas on the Coosa & Annual City of Gadsden Christmas Parade – The City of Gadsden presents “Christmas on the Coosa” Saturday, Nov. 29, through Saturday, Jan. 4, with a real ice-skating rink, food trucks, Frosty’s cocktail bar, small business shopping vendors and rocking chairs next to cozy firepits; The annual City of Gadsden Christmas Parade is Tuesday, Dec. 3, 6 p.m. starting on Broad Street.

Hokes BluffChristmas Parade – “The Light of Christmas” parade on Monday, Dec. 2, beginning at 6 p.m.

Leesburg – Christmas in the Park – Saturday, Dec.  7, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. with Santa, food, fun, and crafts live Nativity, sleigh rides, tree lighting, and more at 1900 Lokey Street.

Piedmont – Christmas Parade – Monday, Dec. 2, starting at 6 p.m. in downtown Piedmont; refreshments will be served at the Clyde H. Pike Civic Center following the parade.

Rockrun – 20th Annual Rockrun Christmas Parade – Saturday, Dec. 21, with parade beginning at 2 p.m. rain or shine; line-up at 11 a.m at Rockrun Baptist Church.

Rome, Georgia – Christmas Parade – Tuesday, Dec. 3, starting at 7 p.m. Eastern (rain date Thursday, Dec. 5).

Southside – Southside Christmas Tree Lighting & Parade – Monday, Dec. 2, with the Tree Lighting in front of City Hall followed by the parade at 6 p.m.; This free event will also have food trucks, the Pride of Southside band, and Santa.

Summerville, Georgia – City of Summerville Annual Christmas Parade – “The Magic of Christmas” parade on Monday, Dec. 2, at 7 p.m. Eastern.
