Cherokee County Arrest Files for Friday, November 22nd, 2024

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Stephen Gaddison, age 55 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of a conditional release violation.

Randall Lawhorn, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department for failure to appear on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Naylor, age 36 of Boaz, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on charges of driving while revoked, DUI-any substance, and 3 counts of fraud.

Lacy Timmons, age 41 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Boyd, age 46 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence.

Jordan Tolbert, age 23 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Deunte Marshall, age 33 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on charges of speeding and failure to display insurance.

Robert Jones, age 38 of Menlo, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Kellia Crider, age 41 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 123 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
