In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Jessica Eckert, age 40 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Howard Dodd, age 36 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree domestic violence, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.
Sandy Wilson, age 47 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of failure to appear for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Aaron Williams, age 33 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department, on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and revoked bond.
Brandon Henderson, age 29 of Lyerly, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of theft of services and 1st degree possession of a forged instrument.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 123 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
