In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Matthew Sandifer, age 40 of Cullman, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to appear for probation revocation and failure to appear for 3^rd degree burglary.

Gracie Hunter, age 19 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Alexis Dollar, age 19 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of 4^th degree theft of property, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Teresa Culver, age 51 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2^nd degree arson, two counts of 3^rd degree criminal trespass, 3^rd degree criminal mischief, and 4^th degree theft of property.

Germane Mack, age 33 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to appear for the 2^nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, as well as five counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, and 3^rd degree theft of property.

Christopher Oreski, age 59 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wesley Duncan, age 38 of Resaca, Georgia, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 119 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
