In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

KENYAN DUPREE, age 28 of Leesburg – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Resisting Arrest and also Failure to Appear on the past charges of Probation Revocation (two counts);

And

JIMMIE SHEPARD, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with Failure to Appear, on a previous Probation Violation.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
