In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JENNIFER WILLIAMS, age 44 from Gadsden was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear on a previous count of Obstruction of Justice;

KYLE MCMICHEN age 51 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear on previous counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card (two counts) – the Theft of Property 2nd Degree – Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Attempt/Burglary 3rd Degree – Reckless Driving – Driving While Revoked – and the Failure to Register a Vehicle;

And

JACKSON WELLS, age 23 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear, on a previous charge of Speeding (Less Than 25 MPH).

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 108 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
