In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

STEPHANIE WARREN, age 52 of Gaylesville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Resisting Arrest – along with the Failure to Appear on prior charges of Obscuring the ID of a Vehicle – with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – and Possession with Intent to Distribute;

And

BRITTANY CARMON, age 33 of Gaylesville, was arrested by Centre Police, and charged with Bail Jumping 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
